Project Description
I have a reference tiny house design (from an Instagram video) that I want converted into a
buildable concept drawing set for pricing. This is NOT a creative design job. This is a
reverse-engineering task — the layout and kitchen must be replicated as closely as possible from
the reference.
Scope of Work
1 Scaled floor plan with efficient layout and queen bed with circulation.
2 Elevations (front, rear, both sides) matching reference style.
3 Detailed kitchen drawings (plan + elevations) matching reference exactly.
4 Basic dimensions including overall size, room sizes, and kitchen layout.
Critical Design Requirements
1 Step-free (zero-step) entry. If raised, include ramp and/or integrated deck.
2 Continuous path of travel to entry.
3 Bathroom: minimum 1200mm clear space in front of toilet.
4 Reinforced bathroom walls for future grab rails.
5 Step-free (hobless) shower.
Deliverables
1 PDF drawing set.
2 Editable file (DWG preferred).
Timeframe & Budget
Timeframe: 3–5 days for initial concept. Completion required within 48 hours of award where
possible.
Budget: AUD $150 – $400 (open to quotes based on experience).
Screening Questions (Must Answer)
1 What clearance is required in front of a toilet for a Livable Housing compliant layout, and what
additional provisions are required?
2 How would you accurately determine dimensions from a video reference?
3 How would you design a step-free entry for a raised tiny home?

This is not a design interpretation job. You must be able to reverse-engineer accurately from a
