Tiny Home 2D Plans

I have hand-drawn sketches of a small residential tiny home and I now need them converted into clean, accurate 2D CAD drawings. The job is straightforward: turn my sketches into a finished floor plan, then layer in basic electrical and plumbing layouts so the set is ready for permit discussion and contractor pricing.

The space is compact but it still needs to show a living area, sleeping zone, kitchen, and bathroom. Because this is for residential use, code-compliant fixture spacing and logical circuit runs are important, yet I am not after a full MEP engineering package—just a clear, well-labeled schematic that a builder and an electrician/plumber can follow.

Please work in AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable drafting tool and deliver:

• Floor plan (scaled, dimensioned, room labels)
• Electrical plan (outlets, switches, lights, breaker panel)
• Plumbing plan (supply and waste lines, key fixture connections)

Acceptance: the drawings must match my supplied dimensions, print clearly at 1:50 or ¼" = 1'-0" on A3/Arch D, and include one round of minor revisions if needed. PDF and original CAD files are both required on hand-off.
