Timber House Drafting in NZ

I require a draftsman to draft construction documentation of a 70m2 home consisting of 2 Bed, 1 bath, Kitchen and Living. The concept design is a simple timber structure with light weight metal cladding and simple geometry. The project is not sight specific and intended to be built on multiple sites. Site specific documentation will be required in the future. Concept design will be provided as a revit model

Scope:
- Plans: Floor Plan, Roof Plan, Floor Framing Plan, Bracing Plan, Services Plan,
- Sections: As required
- Elevations: As required
- Details: Construction Details External , Construction Details Internal, Wet Area Details
- Preliminary H1 compliance

Excluded:
- Context Plan
- Site Plan
- Internal Elevations except wet areas
- Interior finishes except wet areas
- Internal joinery
- Resource consent
- Building consent


Key Requirements:
- Adhere to New Zealand Building Code
- Incorporate structural design from structural engineer

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in NZ building regulations
- Experience with timber construction
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- New Zealand registered and insured
- Drafting in Revit is preferred but not necessary
