Texas Engine & Compressor P&IDs

Job ID: 40224065

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a complete set of piping and instrumentation diagrams for a used reciprocating engine and its paired compressor that are currently installed at a site in Texas. The primary goal is to create clear, accurate drawings that field technicians can rely on for day-to-day maintenance and operation.

A site visit is essential. Once on location you’ll verify every line, valve, instrument, and control loop, capture critical dimensions, and photograph anything that will help back in the office. I have some old schematic sketches you can reference, but they will need to be checked against the actual installation and updated where reality differs.

After gathering the data, translate everything into CAD. The final P&IDs must show:
• Instrumentation and control details
• Full process flow information
• Equipment footprint and physical layout

I’ll need the native CAD files (AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar) plus clean PDFs for shop use. Please factor in at least one round of mark-ups after my operations team reviews the first draft.

If you have recent field experience with reciprocating equipment and are comfortable turning a rough, in-use system into professional-grade P&IDs, I’d like to hear how soon you can be on site and an estimated turnaround for the finished drawings.
