Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
All architectural and structural layouts for the plinth beam, full-depth basement, retaining walls, underground water tank and the swimming pool are ready; what remains is a clean, construction-grade reinforcement package. I will share the reference plans and sections, and I need you to translate them into clear TMT rebar drawings compiled in a single, well-organized PDF set.
The drawings must be ready for site use, so every bar size, spacing, lap length and cover requirement needs to be shown in plan, section and elevation where relevant. Include bar-bending schedules tied to drawing call-outs so the site team can lift quantities directly. There are no mandatory local or international codes to cite, yet practical detailing conventions still apply—sound anchorage, development lengths and congestion checks are expected.
Deliverables
• Sheet index and general notes for rebar work
• Individual reinforcement drawings for each element (plinth beam, basement, retaining walls, tank, pool) with call-outs and dimensions
• Consolidated bar-bending schedule in tabular form
• Final issue PDF set ready for plotting at A1
Native DWG or DXF files would be a welcome bonus for later editing, but the PDF package is the required hand-off. If any clarifications arise while you’re detailing—say alternate lap zones or starter bar coordination—feel free to flag them early so we can resolve them before you finish the sheet set.
