TMT Rebar Detailing Draft
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a complete building layout in SketchUp and now need standard-level TMT rebar drawings that our site crew can follow without guesswork. The focus is only on the basement columns and the plinth beam; other areas will be handled later, so please keep the scope tight.
You will begin from my SketchUp file, extract the necessary views, and prepare clear reinforcement plans, sections and bar bending schedules. I do not have any proprietary guidelines to impose—industry-accepted practice is fine—so feel free to apply IS 456 / IS 2502 or equivalent detailing norms you are comfortable with.
Key points I must see in the final set:
• Dimensioned rebar layouts for each basement column and the entire plinth beam run
• Bar diameters, spacing, lap lengths and cover notes at standard construction detail depth
• A concise bar bending schedule that my fabricator can read directly
• Output in PDF for printing and DWG (or equivalent) so my engineer can archive and make minor edits if required
