Survey Sketches to Modern Masterplans

I have ten hand-drawn cadastral / survey sketches, each marked with exact dimensions in feet. My goal is to turn every sheet into a fully drafted AutoCAD file and a polished 2-D presentation render that feels like a contemporary development brochure.

Scope of work
First, every sketch must be redrawn in AutoCAD at true scale, respecting the measurements already noted. Clean layering, proper line-weights, and legible annotations are essential because the files will feed directly into later engineering work.

Once the base plans are complete, I need them visualised as colourful master plans that clearly communicate:
• Parks and recreational areas
• Residential plots
• Commercial / industrial zones
• Tree types and their placement, integrated water features, plus logical pathways and trails

A modern aesthetic is the thread that ties it all together—think fresh, flat colours, crisp outlines, and minimal clutter, suitable for presentation boards or investor decks.

Deliverables
1. Editable CAD files (DWG or DXF) for each of the 10 sites, layered and to scale
2. High-resolution rendered master plan for every site (PNG or PDF, 300 dpi minimum)
3. A single consolidated PDF booklet showing all ten plans side-by-side for quick review

Acceptance criteria
• Measured plot lengths match the supplied numbers within a tolerance of ±2 inches
• All requested land-use elements and landscape details are visible and labelled
• Consistent colour palette, legend, north arrow, and scale bar on every sheet
