G+2 Submission Drawings JK Bylaws

I already hold a full set of preliminary floor-plan images (PDF format) for a G+2 residential house that falls inside a Municipal Committee area in Jammu & Kashmir. What I now require is a complete, authority-ready submission package drawn strictly in accordance with the current J&K building bylaws and the local Municipal Committee checklist.

Scope
• Convert the supplied PDFs/images into clean, layered CAD drawings.
• Prepare all sheets typically demanded for sanction—site plan, key plan, all floor plans, sections, elevations, area & FAR statement, coverage calculations, parking layout, door-window schedule, and any other schedule the Committee asks for.
• Incorporate setback, height, fire-safety, rainwater-harvesting and green-building notes exactly as prescribed in the latest JK‐UBBL / MC circulars.
• Deliver final drawings both in editable DWG and stamped-for-print PDF formats so I can lodge them immediately.

Timeline
The file set is needed ASAP, so only respond if you can start now and commit to rapid iterations until the paperwork is accepted by the authority.

Acceptance
I will consider the job complete once the drawings satisfy the Municipal Committee scrutiny checklist and are ready for submission without further drafting edits.
