PA Subdivision Plan Certification

I am preparing to split a parcel in Mount Oliver, Pennsylvania and need a full subdivision plan that can go straight to the borough for review. That means the drawing must already carry a Pennsylvania-licensed Professional Land Surveyor’s signature and embossed seal when it lands on my desk.

To avoid any back-and-forth with the municipality, please confirm up front whether you yourself hold the PA PLS license or which named surveyor will be taking professional responsibility for the work. The listed price must cover the stamping/sealing; there should be no surprise add-ons later.

So that I can verify credentials before we begin, I’ll need:
• The PA PLS license number
• Evidence of a previous final subdivision plan, signed, sealed, and formatted exactly as the municipal checklist requires (PDF for submission, plus a DWG if available)

Once engaged, I’ll provide the existing deed, tax map and any other base information you require; you’ll return a submission-ready plan that clearly shows the new lots and meets Allegheny County recording standards.
