UK SuDS Drainage Plans Drafting
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need detailed drainage drawings that will satisfy a UK local authority, planning permission officers, Building Control and current SuDS guidance in one go. The project covers both foul and surface water networks for a single site with 2 properties, so I am looking for a designer who is comfortable coordinating the two systems on one set of drawings.
For the foul system you will need to show:
• Sewer connections
• Inspection chambers
• Full drainage-pipe layout with gradients and cover levels
For the surface-water strategy I require:
• Permeable paving zones with construction build-ups
• An attenuation solution sized to meet green-field runoff limits, plus flow-control details
All plans must be council-ready: clearly annotated, to scale, and aligned with the latest Building Regulations, Sewers for Adoption and CIRIA SuDS manual. I will submit these directly to Planning and Building Control, so I rely on you to include every note, legend and schedule they typically request.
I will review and return comments as soon as the first set is issued; unlimited revisions are included until we achieve confirmed compliance.
Final deliverables:
1. PDF and DWG layout drawings (foul, surface and combined),
2. Supporting hydraulic calculations or microdrainage outputs where relevant,
3. A brief design statement that ties the drawings back to SuDS and Building Regs requirements.
