Steel Villa Structural Design -- 2

I have a single-storey villa layout ready and now need a structural engineer to turn it into a build-ready steel frame. The framing strategy is already chosen: columns and main beams will mix steel square pipes with I-beams, while the slab will sit on a steel deck sheet.

What I need from you
• Calculate and specify the exact sizes, wall thicknesses, and spacing for every square pipe column, I-beam, and secondary member.
• Optimise the steel deck sheet gauge and span to suit the calculated loads.
• Translate the calculations into clean 2-D drawings: plans, sections and key connection details that any fabricator can follow.

Data you will receive
I’ll supply the architectural layout plus my live-load and dead-load figures so you can work to definite numbers rather than assumptions.

Acceptance criteria
• A concise calculation summary or schedule that ties member sizes to the provided loads.
• CAD or PDF drawings showing member placement, tags and dimensions.
• All dimensions in millimetres and referenced to the given grid.
