Steel Pool Moulds - CAD Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m ready to commission a full set of fabrication-grade drawings for eight steel moulds used to cast concrete pools. The collection mixes round, rectangular and square forms; I’ll provide the exact dimensions for each size as soon as we get started.
What I need
• Detailed 2D and 3D CAD models for all eight moulds, fully compatible with AutoCAD (DWG) or SolidWorks/STEP.
• Integrated reinforcement details—gussets, ribs and stiffeners—so every mould can withstand repeated pours without distortion.
• Exploded views, weld symbols, bend lines, and clear tolerances suitable for a professional steel shop.
• A cut list/BOM for each design to streamline procurement of plates, sections and hardware.
Bonus points if you:
• Design with common Australian metric steel profiles in mind.
• Can share a sample of similar structural or heavy-plate detailing work.
Deliverables
1. Editable CAD files for each component and assembly.
2. Print-ready PDF drawing sets.
3. A brief note explaining your reinforcement calculations or design assumptions.
