Stamping Die Concept Drawings

Job ID: 40454715

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need an experienced stamping-die specialist to turn my product data into a clear, shop-ready concept package. The immediate focus is the 2D drawing and layout stage—strip layout, station breakdown, blank size, and press-tonnage check—so I can lock the process before investing in a full 3D design.

You’ll get the part model (STEP), press specifications, and production volumes. From there, please deliver:

• A fully-dimensioned 2D strip and overall layout (DWG/DXF and PDF)
• Key sectional views that explain lifters, cams, pilots, etc.
• A brief utilisation and tonnage summary

No complete 3D solid is needed yet; speed and clarity at concept level are the priorities. Practical shop-floor insight is essential—I want potential interferences or forming risks highlighted early.

Any mainstream mechanical CAD tool is fine (AutoCAD, CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, etc.). If you can discuss in simple Japanese it will help, as some reference documents are in JP.

First draft is needed within a week, with one revision round afterward. When you bid, include one or two similar strip/layout samples and note the software version you’ll use so I can align file exchange smoothly.
