Stamped Design for Room Addition
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a stamped and approved design for adding a bathroom and utility room to an existing structure. The utility room will accommodate a water heater and furnace. Bathroom 5 ft by 7.5ft - ADA compliant (for a business) and utility room is 5 ft by 4ft.

- I have existing blueprints in paper format.
- The design needs to be completed within 24 hours.
