Stainless Tank CAD & PLC Programming

Job ID: 40064850

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I’m ready to move a new series of stainless-steel wine and beverage tanks from idea to production and need two things completed in parallel.

I am looking for someone based in China who can speak English.
First, I want shop-ready 2D CAD drawings that fully meet ISO standards. Every sheet must call out dimensions, tolerances, materials, surface finishes and clear assembly instructions so the fabricator can laser-cut, roll, weld and polish without extra clarification. I will forward my hand sketches, capacity targets and any supplier datasheets the moment we start; you turn them into neat DWG/PDF packages.

Second, the tanks will be automated through a Siemens PLC. A clean, well-commented TIA Portal project that handles the usual I/O—level probes, temperature loops, pumps and valves—is required. If you prefer ladder, structured text or a mix, that’s fine as long as it’s documented and easy for my on-site team to maintain.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria):
• ISO-compliant 2D drawing set in DWG + PDF
• Bill of materials linked to the drawings
• Siemens PLC program file and I/O list with comments

If you’re comfortable switching back and forth between CAD and Siemens automation, let’s talk timing and milestones so I can slot this straight into production.
