Spanish Urban Development CAD Drawings

This urban development proposal in Madrid needs roughly 20 fully‐detailed plan sheets produced in AutoCAD and delivered both as clean DWG files and press-ready PDFs. The set must respect current Spanish technical-drawing conventions: proper cajetín layout, UNE line types, official symbology, standard scales and clear layer organisation so the sheets can be dropped straight into a printing plotter without extra touch-ups.

The plans I have to submit with my TFG place special emphasis on abastecimiento y saneamiento, so those drawings (general plan, nodal details and sections) have to be impeccable. The remaining sheets complete the package:

• Situación
• Topográfico
• Urbanístico
• Alineaciones y rasantes
• Perfil longitudinal y perfiles transversales
• Señalización vial
• Pavimentación
• Abastecimiento (planta, detalles, nudos)
• Saneamiento (planta y detalles)
• Alumbrado (planta, cuadro y arquetas)
• RSU y mobiliario/jardinería

I do not have legacy templates or reference files, so you will set up the title block, coordinate grid and layer naming from scratch following common practice in Spanish civil-engineering projects. Consistency across line weights, hatch patterns and text styles is crucial because the whole set will be printed together.

Please base the work in AutoCAD (no substitutes) and keep model space tidy: one drawing per sheet, external references resolved, units in metric, everything purged. Each finished sheet should open error-free, plot in monochrome and match the PDF exactly.
