Slab Foundation Shop Drawings Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
I am ready to move a civil structure into construction and now need complete shop drawings for its slab-on-grade foundation. The architectural plans and structural design notes are already locked, so what I’m looking for is a set of fabrication-level drawings that a contractor can use without further clarification.
The scope is limited strictly to the foundation—no framing or roofing at this stage. I will supply the PDF/ DWG background files, design criteria, and soil report as soon as we start. From you, I expect fully detailed plans, sections, reinforcement schedules, pier and edge thickening details, embed and anchor layouts, plus concise notes that reference the relevant code provisions.
Deliverables (all in metric):
• PDF sheets ready for issue to site
• A short revision log so changes are traceable
I’ll review for compliance with the design specs, dimensional coordination with the superstructure grid, and overall clarity. Once the drawings pass that check, the project is complete.
