Kitchen & Custom Cabinetry Design in SketchUp – Ongoing Drafting Work
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I’m looking for a reliable, detail-focused freelancer with experience in SketchUp to help with ongoing cabinetry and bespoke joinery drafting work. This includes kitchen layouts, wardrobes, vanities, shelving, entertainment units, laundry, bar's with detailed elevations. We are a New Zealand-based interior design studio, and we need support preparing clear, professional cabinetry drawings for manufacture and client approval.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Proficient in SketchUp (2D/3D cabinetry modeling)
• Ability to read and work from hand sketches, inspiration images, and design briefs
MUST BE ABLE TO PRODUCE
o Scaled floor plans
o Elevations (with dimensions and annotations)
o 3D visuals
o Information on hardware - Eg. Blum
MUST BE:
• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented with reliable communication
• Available for long-term part-time collaboration (5–10 hours/week to start)
