Sketch to 2D/3D Plans

I have a single hand-drawn floor plan of a flat that I now need translated into clean, professional digital files for architectural planning. From your side I’m looking for:

• A dimensioned 2D floor plan ready for CAD workflows (DWG or similar) plus a PDF for quick reference.
• A matching 3D model built in 3ds Max (or a fully compatible format) that shows the detailed room shapes, wall openings, built-ins and other fixed features so I can run space studies and camera walkthroughs later.

The sketch is clear on walls and key measurements, but you’ll need to confirm any missing dimensions with me before modelling to keep everything accurate. Materials, lighting and furniture aren’t required—just the architectural shell with doors, windows, ceiling heights and any structural elements that appear on the drawing.

I’ll supply the scanned sketch as soon as the project starts and stay available for rapid feedback. Final delivery should include:

1. Editable 2D file (DWG or equivalent)
2. High-resolution PDF floor plan
3. 3ds Max file (.max) plus exported .fbx or .obj
