Sketch House Plan to AutoCAD

I have a hand-drawn 2D house plan that I now need recreated as a fully detailed AutoCAD file. The goal is to capture every structural element—not just walls and openings, but beams, columns, footing lines, slab thicknesses, roof framing, and any other load-bearing features shown in the sketch.

Please build the drawing so it can stand up to international building standards; layer naming and dimensioning conventions should reflect that level of professionalism. Every room must be clearly labelled and dimensioned inside the model space, with overall and partial dimensions placed logically for easy reading.

The finished file should open cleanly in the current release of AutoCAD (DWG) and plot accurately to a scaled PDF.

Deliverables:
• AutoCAD DWG with organised layers, accurate scale and units
• PDF plot at 1:100 (or the scale noted on the sketch)

I will supply the scanned sketch as soon as we start and will be available to clarify any unreadable notes so the final drawing is precise and construction-ready.
