Sketch-to-Fabrication 2D Drawings

Job ID: 39961569

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I have a series of drawings and reference views for custom metal components that now need to move straight into production. What I’m after is a clean set of 2D fabrication drawings—think DWG and printable PDFs—that a laser-cutting shop can load without a single follow-up call.

Here is the full scope:

• Translate every sketch into accurate 2D views, then generate matching flat-pattern layouts complete with bend allowances.
• All parts are metal; I’ll supply the specific grades once we start, so keep room for that call-out on each sheet.
• Add clear bend lines, weld symbols, and assembly reference tags so the fabricator sees the build sequence at a glance.
• Assign part numbers and build a concise BOM that lists material type and quantity for each item (no supplier or cost breakdown needed).
• Dimension everything—no critical measurement, tolerance, or fabrication note can be missing.

Deliverables
1. Production-ready drawing set (DXF + DWG) for each part and assembly
2. Flat-pattern DXF files with correct bend deductions applied
3. Consolidated BOM in Excel or CSV

Acceptance will be based on:
• All call-outs align with the material grades I provide
• Every fold line, weld joint, and critical dimension matches the supplied sketches
• Files open error-free in AutoCAD and a standard laser nesting program

If you’re comfortable turning pdf sketches into shop-floor-ready drawings, I’m ready to get these parts cut and bent.
