Sketch-to-DWG Machine Shop Drawings - 05/12/2025 13:22 EST

Job ID: 40040082

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a set of hand sketches for a simple acrylic block that I need turned into clean, fully-dimensioned mechanical drawings. The block will have two drilled and tapped 3/4-inch holes and a single side slot; standard tolerances are fine.

Your task is to translate those sketches into production-ready DWG files. I will be sending the finished drawings straight to a small machine shop, so every view, dimension, and thread call-out has to be unambiguous and laid out clearly. A short title block with material (clear acrylic) and basic revision info will be appreciated, but keep the sheet neat and shop-friendly.

Deliverable: one DWG file (and, if it’s no trouble, a matching PDF for quick reference) that my machinist can open and start programming from without further clarification.

Also an isometric view or two as shown in the rough sketches provided.
