Sketch-to-CAD Floor Plan Drafting

I’m looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD specialist to turn a series of my hand-drawn architectural sketches into precise, construction-ready floor plans. These are ongoing projects—once the first plan is complete to standard, more will follow.

You will receive high-resolution scans of my sketches along with dimension notes and a sample title block. Your task is to recreate each layout faithfully in AutoCAD, using clear layer structure, correct line weights, and tidy annotations so the files slot straight into my wider documentation workflow.

Deliverables
• Editable DWG file for each plan, organised by standard architectural layers
• PDF sheet (A1) generated from the DWG, bearing my supplied title block

Acceptance criteria: dimensions align with the sketches to within ±1 mm, layers are correctly named, and the drawing opens cleanly in AutoCAD without missing references.
