I need a detailed floor layout that turns an existing space into a roaming house with six self-contained bedrooms, a shared kitchen, and thoughtfully designed communal zones. A few load-bearing walls and supports must stay exactly where they are, so the plan should work around those fixed elements rather than remove them.
Besides the kitchen, I want a clear communal area—one living room for relaxation comfortably seats all residents. Every square meter counts, so I’m looking for clever space-saving ideas: built-in storage, smart circulation paths, and, if useful, alternative room configurations I can choose between.
