Site Plan Utilities Mark-Up

I have a site plan in CAD format and now need clear, construction-ready mark-ups that call out THREE specific items: the full utilities layout, any abandoned utilities, and a defined stormwater easement. Your task is to open my DWG and AI, add legible, well-layered annotations for every utility run, connection point, and relevant invert, then delineate the stormwater easement limits so field crews can stake and trench without confusion.

I’ll supply the current CAD files, legend standards, and any layer templates I’m already using. Keep all edits on separate, named layers so I can toggle them on or off when coordinating with other consultants. The finished drawing must plot cleanly to both D-size PDF and DWG.

Deliverables
• Updated DWG and AI with markup layers intact
• Matching PDF ready for the contractor packet

Acceptance Criteria
• All utilities and the stormwater easement are visibly distinguished and labeled per my layer/color guide.
• No existing linework is overwritten; all new work sits on dedicated layers.
• When I print at 1"=40', text height and lineweights remain readable in the field.

If you are comfortable working directly in AutoCAD or Civil 3D and can turn this around quickly, the files are ready as soon as you are.
