Site Plan & House Repositioning

I will provide two source files— a DWG generated from the scanned drawings of the existing house and a separate DWG from the recent land survey. From these you will build a clean, accurate site plan aimed at a renovation submission.

Key geometry changes
• Relocate the entire house footprint so that its closest wall sits exactly 1.5 m from the left-hand boundary and 4 m from the front boundary, measured horizontally on the plan.
• Adjust finished floor and roof levels so both the first-floor slab and the ridge line read 3 m above natural ground level across the new position.

Model fidelity
The renovation filing requires every corner, setback, and level to match council tolerance. Please keep layers tidy, preserve the survey coordinate system, and clearly annotate the new offsets and heights.

Deliverable
A fully editable AutoCAD DWG that merges survey and architectural information into one coordinated file, showing the new house location, contours as supplied, spot levels for the 3 m datum, north point, scale bar, and title block.

Acceptance
The drawing must open without missing references, pass a quick distance audit for the 1.5 m and 4 m setbacks, and list the revised RLs at 3 m in the properties palette.

Software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent native-DWG platform is expected so I can continue the renovation workflow seamlessly.
