Site Plan Drafting and Cleanup
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have an existing set of survey-based site plans that need a professional polish. All base information—field data, mark-ups, and reference files—will be supplied to you up-front. Your task is to take those inputs and return a single, tidy CAD drawing that is easy to read and includes every detail that is currently missing.
What I expect you to do
• Re-draw the plan so linework, layers, text styles, and dimensions are legible at typical plotting scales.
• Identify and add any overlooked spot levels, boundaries, easements, or annotations called out in my notes.
• Keep the drawing compliant with current drafting conventions (standard layer names, north point, title block, scale bar, etc.).
Deliverable
A fully editable CAD file (DWG or DXF—whichever you prefer) ready for immediate issue to consultants and authorities.
This is a fixed-price assignment. Once I hand over the data, I need a quick turnaround, but let me know your realistic timeframe so we can lock it in before we start.
