2D & 3D Site Drawings

I need a detailed site plan drawn in both 2D and 3D. The 2D file should capture accurate boundaries, setbacks, contours, and key utility lines, while the 3D model will help me visualise levels, grading, and building footprints from every angle.

Deliverables
• 2D site plan in editable AutoCAD (.dwg) and print-ready PDF
• 3D model in SketchUp, Revit, or another widely used format
• One round of minor revisions after I review the first draft

All measurements and notes must follow standard civil drafting conventions so the files can be handed straight to an engineer or local authority if needed. I will supply a rough sketch and available survey data as soon as we start.
