Single-Story Modern Home Plan Design

I’m ready to move from inspiration boards to a fully-drafted plan for a single-story home. I need a complete 2D floor plan that captures a clean, modern aesthetic and includes coordinated interior layouts for every key space—kitchen, bathroom, living room, and the remaining areas of the home.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Scaled 2D floor plan with dimensions and wall placements
• Room-by-room furniture layout reflecting modern style choices
• Interior finishes palette and fixture suggestions that tie the spaces together
• Separate annotated drawings or sheets for the kitchen, bathroom, and living room so I can review each zone in detail
• Source files in a common format (DWG, PDF, or similar) so my builder can work directly from your drawings
