Single-Story House Plan 2D/3D -- 2
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a full architectural concept for a one-storey private residence, delivered in both a clear 2D floor plan and a detailed 3D SketchUp model. The layout must smoothly integrate two key outdoor features—a modest taman—and an attached or semi-detached garasi.
What matters most is functional circulation, accurate room dimensions, and a realistic massing that allows me to visualise how the house will sit on the plot alongside the garden and parking space. Please model walls, windows, doors, roof, and basic interior zoning; photorealistic textures are welcome but not mandatory.
Deliverables
• PDF and DWG (or equivalent) of the 2D plan, fully dimensioned
• SKP file of the 3D model plus exported renders (PNG/JPG) for quick reference
• At least one aerial and two eye-level renders that showcase the garden interface and the garage access
The design will be accepted once the files open flawlessly, dimensions match the agreed sketch, and the garden-garage relationship is clearly represented in both 2D and 3D views.
