Draft a clear, build-ready floor plan for my residential block of land. The design is strictly single-story and must accommodate the following spaces: bedrooms, bathrooms, a functional kitchen, an attached garage, and a dedicated theatre room.
To keep the process smooth, please provide:
• A dimensioned layout (PDF and editable CAD/Revit file) showing room sizes, wall thicknesses, door and window placements, and circulation paths.
• A brief note explaining key design choices—especially how the theatre and garage integrate with the main living areas.
