Single Story Home Floor Plan

I have a single-level residential property that needs a clear, accurate floor plan I can hand to my contractor for pricing and permitting. All I have right now are rough room measurements and a sketch; what I need from you is a polished plan that shows wall locations, door and window placements, kitchen and bathroom positions, circulation routes, and basic furniture blocks so I can visualise scale.

The house will stay on one floor, so there’s no stair core or split levels to worry about. I’m open to your advice on whether an open, closed, or mixed layout will make best use of the space—functionality and flow take priority. If a quick 3D view helps communicate the concept, feel free to include it, but the must-have deliverable is a dimensioned 2D drawing in PDF and the editable source file (DWG, SKP, or equivalent).

Accuracy, readability, and a layout that feels practical for day-to-day living will be my acceptance criteria.
