I need a clear, construction-ready 2D floor plan for a brand-new, single-story home. All I have so far are overall size ideas and a few functional goals, so the drawing will start from scratch and become the main reference for my builder.

Your work should show accurate room dimensions, wall thicknesses, door and window locations, and basic notes that a general contractor can follow. An editable CAD file (DWG or equivalent) plus a printable PDF at 1:100 or 1:50 scale will be the final deliverables. If you prefer a different scale that keeps the sheet user-friendly, just let me know.

I’ll supply rough sketches and written requirements the moment we begin. Once the first draft is ready, one round of revisions is built in so we can fine-tune circulation and room sizes before locking the plan.
