I need a qualified drafter or architect to turn my existing single-story layout concept into a set of drawings ready for certification by local authorities. The overall look and feel of the home is already defined—I will share my own design sketches and notes—so I’m focused on getting a compliant, construction-ready plan rather than brainstorming aesthetics.
Key tasks
• Translate my sketches into a clear floor plan, elevations, and basic roof layout.
• Include all information typically required for permit approval in my area (dimensions, materials call-outs, window and door schedules, basic electrical/plumbing notes).
• Ensure the drawings meet current residential building codes; I’ll provide the jurisdiction’s checklist.
• Deliver layered CAD (DWG/DXF) files plus a print-ready PDF set.
