Single-Level Wood Deck Drawings

I need a complete set of engineered, permit-ready drawings for a single-level pressure-treated wood deck that will cover more than 500 sq ft. The plans must satisfy residential code in my jurisdiction and be detailed enough for both the building department and the contractor.

Please include:
• Foundation/footing layout with load calculations
• Framing plan showing joist, beam, and post sizing
• Connection details (ledger, hardware, guards)
• Elevations and section views with dimensions
• Material schedule for all pressure-treated members
• Stamped PDF sheets plus the original CAD file (AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable)
