Single-Family Home CAD Plans

I have a single-family home that now needs a full set of architectural drawings produced in AutoCAD. The conceptual sketches, hand-marked dimensions and a rough site layout are ready; what I need from you is clean, construction-ready CAD files that accurately translate those ideas into professional documentation.

Scope
This project is strictly architectural—no mechanical or electrical drawings are required. The focus is a ground-up residential build that will sit on a modest suburban lot.

Key tasks
• Create dimensioned floor plans for two stories
• Generate exterior elevations (all sides) and at least two building sections
• Draft a roof plan and basic site plan showing setbacks, driveway and utility runs
• Organize layers, lineweights and annotation styles so the files print to scale without extra tweaking

Deliverables
• Editable .dwg files for each drawing listed above
• One combined PDF sheet set suitable for permit submission
• A brief change log noting any assumptions or clarifications you needed to make

Acceptance criteria
I’ll review the PDF set against my sketches; if all rooms, openings and overall footprint align within ±2 cm and the sheet set prints correctly at 1:100 and 1:50 scales, the work is complete.

Use any recent AutoCAD release—my office runs 2023, so backward compatibility to that version is essential.
