Single-Family CAD Drawings
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m looking for an experienced architectural drafter to prepare a complete set of CAD drawings for a new single-family home. The scope is straightforward but detailed enough to let my local architect stamp the plans and move directly into permitting.
Deliverables I need:
• Floor plans for all levels, clearly dimensioned and layered.
• A site plan locating the house on the lot, noting setbacks, driveway, and basic grading.
I’ll supply hand sketches, reference images, and the municipality’s drawing standards. You’ll translate those into clean DWG files and companion PDFs, organized by sheet and ready for print. I value consistent line weights, logical layer naming, and accurate annotation.
The ideal collaborator works in AutoCAD (or compatible software), communicates progress with regular snapshots, and can turn minor mark-ups around quickly.
