Simplified BBS of Plinth, basment & Rebar Drawings
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I will share a SketchUp file that already carries the building footprint, plinth beam alignment and column offsets. From that model I need a concise set of structural drawings that a site team can read at a glance.
Primary focus
• A clear TMT rebar layout for every plinth beam run
• A plinth beam plan reflecting the exact offsets used for the square steel pipe columns
Areas that need extra detail
• Basement zone – reinforcement, beam depths and any step-downs
• Column grouting – 2-ft embedded length of the steel square pipes, plate thickness, anchor spacing and grout pocket dimensions
• Overall structure – a single sheet tying the basement, plinth beams and columns together so the relationship is obvious
Output & format
• Final sheets delivered as print-ready PDF (scale 1:50 or 1:100 as appropriate).
• Drawings must be dimensioned, show bar marks and include a brief legend; no elaborate presentation, just clean construction information I can hand to the crew.
Acceptance
I’ll mark the work complete once bar diameters, lap lengths, clear cover, beam sizes and column embedment all match the SketchUp geometry and are laid out in a way a foreman can follow without referring back to the 3-D model.
If you draft in AutoCAD or similar that’s fine, but only the PDF needs to be issued. Let me know any short clarifications you require after viewing the SketchUp file and we can lock the dimensions before you start detailing.
