Shift DWG Footprint & Setbacks

The plat plan is already in DWG format; I simply need the house footprint moved exactly 30 feet to the left and redrawn in its new position. Once it is relocated, please update the setback call-outs accordingly. I don’t require any other architectural changes, but I do need your expertise to confirm the appropriate setback distances so the revised plan stays code-compliant before you label them.

Deliverables:
• Updated DWG reflecting the 30 ft shift
• Revised setback dimensions noted on the plat
• A PDF export of the final sheet for quick review
