Sheet Metal Frame Design
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a new frame-and-structure concept that must be engineered in sheet metal and taken all the way to manufacturing-ready documentation. The project centres on SolidWorks (Creo is also acceptable) and calls for true sheet-metal features, not just surface models turned into flats.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A fully parametric 3D CAD model of the frame, built with proper sheet-metal tools and bend allowances.
• 2D drawings that include critical dimensions, tolerances, and welding symbols.
• Flat-pattern files (DXF / DWG) ready for laser cutting or CNC punching.
• A simple BOM so the shop can source material and hardware without guesswork.
Accuracy is essential; the design must open, fold, and assemble exactly as modelled. If you have tackled similar frames or structural housings before, tell me about it—your hands-on experience with real-world fabrication is what will set your bid apart.
