Sheet Metal 2D Cutting Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a part that will be laser-cut from 0,6 -1mm sheet metal and then folded to shape. All critical dimensions are already defined; I will share a hand sketch and a table with the exact lengths, bend angles, and bend allowances I need.
Your task is to turn those figures into a clean 2D drawing that clearly shows:
• Flat-pattern cut outline with accurate bend lines
• Annotations for each fold (angle, inside radius, bend direction)
• Overall part dimensions and any hole positions or slots I specify
Please deliver the final drawing as both a DXF (for the cutter) and a PDF (for shop reference). Native CAD files from AutoCAD or SolidWorks are a plus, but not required as long as the DXF is precise.
Accuracy is paramount—bends must close up within standard sheet-metal tolerances so the finished piece assembles without rework. Once I receive the files, I’ll verify the flat size against my dimensions; payment is released when everything lines up.
If you can begin right away and turn this around quickly, let’s get started.
