L-Shaped Plot Architectural House Design

Modern 2-Floor House Design for L-Shaped Plot (2D + 3D)

Description:

I have an L-shaped plot in Nepal and I am looking for an architect/designer who can create:

- 2D floor plan
- 3D exterior model
- room measurements
- modern house layout
- balcony and open-space planning

Requirements:

- 2-floor modern house
- Ground floor:
- 1 bedroom
- kitchen
- living room
- dining area
- 1 bathroom
- Second floor:
- 2 or 3 bedrooms
- small family living room
- balcony
- bathroom

Important:
- Main entrance should be from the 18 ft side
- Back 70 ft side and 100 ft side should have NO open space because neighboring houses may be built later
- Open space should remain only on the 18 ft and 20 ft sides
- Need good ventilation and natural sunlight
- Modern Nepal-style design preferred

I will provide:
- rough land sketch
- dimensions
- reference images

Deliverables:
- detailed floor plan with dimensions
- 3D front view
- space planning for parking/garden
- editable source files if possible (AutoCAD/SketchUp)
