Senior Interior Designer (Freelance / Project-Based) – Clubhouse Design

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to collaborate on the design and execution of a premium clubhouse project. This is a project-based role requiring strong technical expertise and creative input.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop layout planning aligned with project requirements and spatial efficiency
Create concept design and detailed interior schemes for the clubhouse
Prepare technical drawings and working drawings in AutoCAD
Coordinate design ideas, materials, and finishes with the project lead
Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aesthetically cohesive
Requirements:
Proven experience in interior design (preferably clubhouse / hospitality / large-scale projects)
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Ability to translate concepts into detailed execution drawings
Good understanding of space planning, materials, and finishes
Strong collaboration and communication skills
