Seismic-Ready Residential Structural Diagram
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I already have a clear 2D floor plan for a residential property and now need a full structural diagram based on reinforced concrete, designed to meet current seismic-resistance codes.
The drawing set should translate every wall, span and opening of the existing plan into a concrete frame layout, showing column and beam locations, slab thicknesses, foundation details and the reinforcement schedule that will satisfy local earthquake requirements. Please keep all dimensions, grid references and room sizes exactly as they appear on the original plan.
Deliverables
• Structural layout plans (foundation, floors, roof) in DWG and PDF
• Beam, column and slab schedules with bar-bending details
• Brief calculation report showing seismic checks and load assumptions
• General notes sheet specifying material strengths, cover, anchors and code references
I will supply the 2D floor plan in DWG as soon as we start; return files should be organised and ready for review in the same format so they can slot straight into the architect’s package.
