Second Floor 2D Plan Design -- 2

I’m ready to finalise the layout of my 18 ft × 26 ft upper-level space and need a clean, accurately measured 2D floor plan.

Scope of rooms
• Two modern-style bedrooms of comfortable, functional size
• One Jack-and-Jill bathroom that can be entered privately from each bedroom only. The bath must hold a tub, toilet and basin. I’d prefer the bathroom toward the rear of the floor, though I’m open if another placement simply works better.
• A separate open terrace reserved mainly for a simple seating nook.
• The existing side-stair footprint may be absorbed into the plan if that helps circulation or closet placement.

What I’m looking for
• A drawn-to-scale 2D plan (PDF + source file—DWG, DXF, or similar) showing clear dimensions, wall thicknesses, door swings and window locations.
• Modern layout recommendations for built-ins, wardrobes, and bathroom fixtures that suit the style; I don’t have specific pieces chosen yet.
• Logical, code-sensible circulation between rooms while keeping the bathroom access private.
• Terrace layout indicating the basic seating area and door orientation.

Please base every measurement on the stated 18′ × 26′ envelope; note any assumptions you have to make about wall thickness or stair placement so I can confirm. Once we agree on the concept sketch, I’ll need the final detailed drawing delivered in high-resolution PDF and editable file. Looking forward to seeing your ideas.
