2d School Floor Plan

I need a precise 2-dimensional floor plan for a one-level school building that will guide our construction crew from foundation to finish. The drawing must capture the entire building—classrooms, restrooms, storage and service rooms, administrative offices, circulation spaces, and any other area the project requires—so nothing is left to guesswork once we break ground.
Because this plan feeds directly into construction planning, accuracy and clear notation are essential. I will supply rough sketches and measurements; you refine them into a clean, scaled CAD drawing that shows wall thicknesses, structural elements, door and window placements, room names, and key dimensions.
Deliverables
• A construction-ready 2D floor plan in DWG (or compatible) and PDF formats
• Dimension lines, grid, and legend for easy reference
• Layer naming that follows common architectural CAD standards
