I’m renovating a compact 65 m² apartment (10 m × 6.5 m) and need a clean, permit-ready CAD drawing. The structural walls and existing plumbing stay exactly where they are, so the task is purely about laying out one bedroom, an open-plan kitchen/living zone, and a single bathroom inside this rectangle.
Key requirements
• Draw at either 1:50 or 1:100 scale—let me know which you’ll use and keep it consistent throughout.
• Indicate the two large front-wall windows so the living area benefits from natural light.
• Show basic interior elements only: room outlines, door swings, a queen-size bed with wardrobe, kitchen counters, and sanitary fixtures. No decorative detailing is necessary.
