Key points you’ll need to cover
• Work strictly from the dimensions I provide to keep everything accurate and to scale.
• Label the finished living space clearly and call out the bathroom area so the plans meet local code review requirements.
• Deliver the final drawing as a high-resolution PDF—this is the only format the county office will accept.
I’ll supply the hand-drawn layout, measurements, and any clarifications you need right away. Once the draft looks right, a single revision round should be plenty before we finalize the PDF.
