Scale Villa Renovation Drawings

4 hand-sketched sheets captures every idea for my 2 story villa renovation; kitchen living balcony level one, on level 2 is master with ensuit, guest bed room & a small bunk room, now they need to become clean, to-scale plans ready for the builder. The assignment is straightforward: reproduce each sketch faithfully, insert all the original markings, and present the result on 2, print-ready PDF 0ne for each level, No local code formatting is required—accuracy to my notes is the only standard.

Scope of work
• Redraw every sketch as accurate floor or elevation plans.
• Preserve every note, symbol, and line; flag anything unclear for clarification.
• Add precise dimensions and clear labels for every room exactly as shown.
• Compile the final sheets into a well-ordered A3 (landscape) PDF. Source files from AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp are welcome if you already work in them, yet only the PDF delivery is mandatory.

Acceptance criteria
– Plans plot to true scale on A3.
– All rooms carry their correct labels, and every dimension matches my measurements.
– PDF opens without errors; text and lines remain legible at 100 % zoom.

A smooth, organised handover may lead to a follow-up 3D rendering phase, so tidy layer management will be appreciated. First review set desired within one to 2 days of kickoff; full package within two weeks.
