Saudi Fire System CAD Design

Job ID: 39786833

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I’m developing a new 4,500 sqm commercial facility in Saudi Arabia and require a complete fire-fighting and fire-alarm design package that can sail through Civil Defense review the first time. The job is a fresh installation, so every element must be laid out from scratch in 2D AutoCAD and referenced to the latest Saudi Civil Defense code (with NFPA correlations where that code points).

Scope of work
The drawings need to show all sprinkler and standpipe piping, pumps, valves, hose reel cabinets, and related fire-fighting hardware, plus the full alarm network: smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual pull stations, audible/visual notification devices, exit lights, and safety signages. Device locations must be coordinated with architectural ceilings and utilities; clear legends and coordinate grids are essential for cross-discipline checks.

Required deliverables
• DWG and PDF plan, section, and detail sheets, fully layered and annotated
• Hydraulic and voltage-drop summaries (concise; enough for authority approval)
• Device & equipment schedules with counts and model numbers
• Bill of quantity in Excel format (optional but preferred)
• One round of revisions after initial Civil Defense comments

I’ll provide the architectural base drawings in DWG once we start. Please draw on experience with Saudi Civil Defense submissions—clarity, correct Arabic/English labeling, and precise symbology matter more than flashy graphics. If you have sample approval stamps from previous projects, feel free to mention that when you reply.
